Wire production machines

Wire and rope drawing machines are classified according to the specific stage of the production process, from reducing the diameter of the material to braiding the resulting rope.

1. Wire Drawing Machines

These machines reduce the diameter of the wire by drawing it through one or more dies (drawing dies).

  • Multi-drawing (Dry/Wet Drawing Machines):
Dry: The wire is drawn without liquid lubricants, suitable for thicker wires.
Wet: The wire and dies are immersed in a lubricating emulsion, which allows high-speed production of fine wires.
  • Straight-line machines:Ideal for high-speed drawing of fine wires without twisting.
  • Accessories: Includes unwinders, winders, wire straighteners and cleaning systems.

2. Rope Making Machines

They are used to coil individual wires into strands and then strands into ropes.
